1. Scope
These Terms govern your use of the EBDT Member Area, accessible after registration at ebdt.eu, operated by Milan Klugar, se sídlem Praha - Záběhlice, Jasmínová 2885/33, 106 00, IČO 49658140, dále uváděn jako "EBDT – European Business Development Team".
2. Eligibility and registration
The Member Area is intended for business representatives, not private consumers. By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the company you represent.
3. Member content and pricing
Prices, service scopes and materials shown in the Member Area are for your company's internal use in evaluating EBDT services. Member pricing is preferential and offered on condition of registration; it may be updated from time to time.
4. Confidentiality
Materials, pricing and insights in the Member Area are provided for your own evaluation and are not to be redistributed to third parties, including competitors of EBDT, without our prior written consent.
5. No obligation
Registration and Member Area access create no obligation to purchase any EBDT service. Any paid engagement is subject to a separate agreement.
6. Account security
You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at info@ebdt.eu if you suspect unauthorized use.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate Member Area access if these Terms are breached, or at your request.
8. Liability
Content in the Member Area, including market data and trend insights, is provided for general business orientation and does not constitute legal, tax or investment advice. See individual pages for specific disclaimers (e.g. Trends & Market Insights).
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic.
